Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Prospect and qualify leads through call outreach, referrals, and market events to grow a steady sales pipeline.
• Conduct consultative client meetings to understand financial goals and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain client records and follow up on renewals to preserve retention and encourage referrals.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering timely service and personalised financial plans.

Sales Operations & Targets

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent closing activity.
• Prepare clear proposals, quotations, and submission documents for underwriting or approvals.
• Update CRM records and sales dashboards to keep results transparent and actionable for the team.

Product Knowledge & Compliance

• Keep up to date with our insurance and investment products to explain benefits and risks accurately.
• Coordinate with compliance and admin teams to ensure correct onboarding and documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve client servicing or policy issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years working in financial sales, insurance sales, or banking sales roles.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets or quotas in a commission-based environment.
• Relevant licences or certifications for insurance sales are an advantage where applicable.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of financial products, basic investment concepts, and insurance solutions.
• Practical CRM experience, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for pipeline and client management.
• Proficiency with Excel for simple reporting and sales tracking.
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate product mixes.
