Responsibilities
Location: Bugis area
Contract Period: 1 Year
Working Hours:
5 day work week, from 9AM to 6PM
Job scope:
Plan and coordinate programmes, schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate artist deployments, including travel, accommodation, visas, and administration
Support programme production, rehearsals, technical requirements, and event operations
Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
Coordinate marketing and publicity materials
Support volunteer recruitment, briefing, and deployment
Manage programme budgets, procurement, and administrative processes
Track programme performance, reporting, and post-event evaluation
Maintain programme documentation, schedules, and operational records
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience in exhibitions, events or festivals
Willing to travel and support overseas project deployment when required
Experience working with artists, performers, vendors, and international partners
Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes is an advantage
