5–7+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.

Strong IT Project Management capabilities alongside Agile/Scrum delivery.

Proven leadership of large-scale banking software and application development projects.

Experience managing multiple development squads, developers, QA, DevOps and product owners.

Strong SDLC, sprint delivery, application testing, CI/CD and production release knowledge.

Ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, technical blockers and demanding stakeholders.

Banking, fintech or digital application delivery background preferred.
