About the Role

You will assist customers through live chat, phone calls, and emails by answering inquiries and handling their day-to-day requests. You will be required to use the company's customer service system to manage customer requests, so basic computer skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are important.

This role mainly supports the Mandarin-speaking market. You should be fluent in Mandarin and understand customers' basic needs and communication preferences.

About You

• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Good communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Able to multitask while paying attention to details.

• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior customer service experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with previous Customer Service experience will have an added advantage.
