Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to perform material shortage simulations, assess supply impact, and develop commit plans that enable fact-based decision-making and reliable customer delivery.
• Develop and communicate material shortage reports, big-deal simulations, and ad hoc analyses to provide visibility of supply risks, gaps, and mitigation actions.
• Represent Procurement in cross-functional discussions with Product Line, Planning, and other stakeholders on material availability, shortages, delivery commitments, and supply risks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate material delivery risks impacting manufacturing builds and customer orders, driving cross-functional actions to closure.
• Develop, execute, and monitor supply risk mitigation and recovery plans, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple priorities and critical supply issues concurrently, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimally Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimally 5-7 years relevant experience in Procurement/supply chain/Analyst or equivalent fields
• Require in-depth MRP/ERP knowledge, knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
• High level of organizations skills with ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
• Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skill
• Excellent problem-solving methods
• Strong communication skills, i.e verbal/ presentation skills
• Skilled in MS Power BI/Excel/Access/PowerPoint
