Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works at residential and commercial properties.

• Carry out basic electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance.

• Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Identify and rectify building defects and equipment faults.

• Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repair works.

• Maintain maintenance records and reports.

• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.

• Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and general repair works.

• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.

• Willing to travel frequently between different property sites.

• Able to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

• Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems will be an advantage.
