PMC MANAGER (EMS / ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMC and Warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material flow and production continuity.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, MRP/ERP, BOM and material requirements.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, production capacity and on-time delivery performance.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing and stock accuracy.
• Manage material shortages, excess and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve production and material issues.
• Lead the PMC and Warehouse teams and drive departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in PMC, Production Planning or Material Control within manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT, THT, PCBA or Box Build processes.
• Good knowledge of MRP/ERP, BOM, inventory control, WIP and capacity planning.
• Experience managing PMC and Warehouse teams.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485, FIFO/FEFO and ESD is an advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
