- Handle cashier duties and daily sales transactions
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with enquires
- Promote products and recommend suitable items to customers to support sales
- Receive and arrange incoming stocks
- Perform stock replenishment and store organisation
- Carry out routine aquatic plant maintenance, including water changes, with guidance and training provided
- Maintain a clean and organised retail environment
- Assist with daily shop operations
