We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Graduate Civil Engineer

to join our construction team. This is an entry-level position where you will receive structured on-the-job training and mentorship from senior engineers to kickstart your career in the Singapore construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Learning & Assistance: Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site supervision, monitoring project progress, and coordinating civil works.
• Documentation Support: Help prepare and compile technical site documents, including progress reports, daily site diaries, and method statement submissions.
• Inspection Assistance: Participate in routine structural inspections and safety walk-throughs to ensure compliance with local BCA and WSH regulations.
• Coordination: Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on basic material deliveries and layout configurations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience: No prior experience required. Prior internship experience with a local construction firm or contractor is an added advantage.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD or BIM/Revit) learned during studies is a plus.
• Attributes: Eager to learn, strong willingness to work in an active construction site environment, and a proactive team player.
