Knowledge in product sourcing ;

Daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, supplier management, critical path management and on-time shipments etc;

Follow up on after-sales service issues, such as quotation, invoicing, order delivery, order arrangement and ensuring customer satisfaction etc;

Handling customer’s enquiries , claims, complaints, reports, build-up a long term relationship with customers and overseas offices;

Maintaining good service quality and business relationships with supplies & customers;

Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements;

Maintain and update order-processing system;

Perform other ad hoc duties;

Job Requirements :
Diploma or above;

At least 2-4 years of experience in related products field;

Independent and confident in communication with customers and vendors;

Excellent communication and negotiation skill;

Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent working style;

Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Photoshop) skills;
