Responsibilities
Oversee daily transport, route optimization, vehicle deployment, and scheduling.
Maintenance & Upkeep:
Track routine and corrective vehicle maintenance to keep downtime low.
Driver & Manpower Supervision:
Manage, train, and schedule drivers, technical staff, and depot personnel.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all operations follow local land transport laws, safety standards, and guidelines (such as LTA standards in Singapore).
Cost & Budget Control:
Monitor fuel usage, operational expenses, and vendor or subcontractor contracts.
Incident Management:
Handle breakdowns, traffic delays, and emergency responses
