Join Wristime Luxury Watches and build your career in high-end luxury retail while working closely with rare and collectible timepieces, seasoned collectors and an international clientele.

This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the world of horology — gaining hands-on exposure to fine watches, understanding the history, craftsmanship and intricacies behind them, and building relationships with collectors and clients from around the world. You’ll learn to advise clients with confidence, understand different collecting preferences, and develop the communication and relationship-building skills needed to grow in high-end luxury retail.

Prior watch experience is not required. We are looking for someone polished, personable, driven and eager to learn, with structured product training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and professional client experience across in-store and online channels.
• Conduct client appointments and assist with watch selections, purchases and enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare watches for client viewings and online listings.
• Prepare watches for listings, packaging and shipment to clients.
• Assist with after-sales matters and client follow-ups.
• Maintain a polished and professional boutique environment.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or client servicing is preferred.
• Watch industry experience is advantageous but not required — training will be provided.
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and within a close-knit team.
• Strong willingness to learn about luxury watches, brands and collectible references.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $7,000.00 per month
