GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (LAM Part 2 or Part 3).
• Registered member of the Board of Architects Malaysia (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia - LAM).
• Experience with 5 to 8+ years of architectural practice. Experience in industrial, hyper-scale infrastructure, or massive mixed-use developments is highly preferred.
• Software Skills: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia , English and Mandarin to effectively manage local authorities and international client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complex Design: Architect secure, high-end residential, mixed-use, and administrative zones within large-scale data center campuses.
• Technical Integration: Coordinate architectural blueprints with heavy MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements, cooling systems, acoustic shielding, and structural loads.
• Regulatory Liaison: Lead submission processes to local planning authorities (PLANMalaysia), local councils (PBT like MBJB or MBSA), and BOMBA for fire safety clearance.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all designs strictly follow the Malaysian Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and international data center standards.
• Site Supervision: Manage consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors on-site to ensure strict quality control and timeline adherence.
