Indoor Sales Executive (Local & eCommerce)

Location: Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary: RM3000 to RM3,500 + Commission & Incentives
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Our client is a well-established Malaysian sports and sporting goods company serving customers through retail, online and bulk sales channels.

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to handle local customer enquiries and eCommerce sales, convert enquiries into orders and provide excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, website and eCommerce platforms.
• Recommend suitable sports apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Manage eCommerce orders, customer enquiries and after-sales matters.
• Prepare quotations for corporate, school, team and bulk orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing and repeat customers.
• Assist with online product listings, promotions and other eCommerce activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, customer service or eCommerce.
• Experience handling WhatsApp, online customers or eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication, follow-up and sales conversion skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and able to multitask.
• Comfortable with computer systems and online sales tools.
• Interest in sports, fitness or sporting products is an advantage.
