About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company developing intelligent agent products for global markets. They are seeking a User Growth Manager to lead regional expansion efforts by building partnerships with local communities, content creators, and media channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven strategy, relationship building, and cross-cultural communication — ideal for a motivated individual looking to shape how an AI product grows internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Research user behaviours, AI agent product use cases, and social media ecosystems across target regions to develop tailored growth strategies, channel plans, and performance evaluation frameworks
• Identify and engage influential local media outlets, content creators, and community leaders; assess partnership fit and manage ongoing relationships
• Negotiate partnership terms including fees, deliverables, publication timelines, and usage rights; coordinate content briefs, revisions, and publication workflows
• Refine product messaging and content examples based on local user feedback and platform-specific conventions to maximise relevance and resonance
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving users, creators, and internal teams to execute regional growth initiatives cohesively
• Analyse key performance metrics — including cost efficiency, reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion rates — to evaluate channel effectiveness and optimise partnership strategies
• Leverage AI tools to support market research, communication drafting, and performance reviews, while applying sound judgement on where human oversight is essential

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in user growth, influencer or creator marketing, or regional market development, with a track record of building and executing concrete growth plans end-to-end
• Strong working knowledge of social media ecosystems, content formats, and creator partnership models in at least one major overseas market (e.g. North America, Latin America, or East Asia)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse partners including local users, media representatives, and content creators, and to resolve partnership issues constructively
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for research, brief preparation, and data analysis, with clear judgement on when human verification and decision-making are required
• Comfort working with performance and cost data, including the ability to interpret trends, investigate anomalies, and adjust growth strategies accordingly; prior hands-on creator account management experience (is a bonus)
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in Spanish or Korean to support direct communication with local users or business partners (is a bonus)
