Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in real estate is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets and basic reporting.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Coordinate and support daily operations for assigned property projects.

Liaise with developers, project PICs, sales leaders and agents.

Maintain updated project information, including price lists, packages, promotions, unit availability and sales materials.

Prepare and distribute project updates to the sales team.

Handle booking documents and ensure all required documents are complete and submitted on time.

Follow up on booking status, loan progress, SPA signing and related documentation.

Maintain accurate sales records, reports and internal databases.

Assist with commission tracking and case status updates.

Coordinate sales galleries, project briefings, launches, events and agent activities.

Respond to agents’ enquiries regarding project information and procedures.

Assist management and Project Managers with administrative and operational matters.

Perform other project-related duties as required.
