Education & Qualification:MinimumBachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or a related professional accounting body.

Work Experience:Proven managerial or supervisory experience handlingfull-set accountsand financial reporting, preferably within anaccounting firm or professional services context.

Regional Accounting Standards:Solid knowledge and hands-on experience managing financial reporting forSingapore-based clients and statutory compliance standards.

Leadership Skills: Strong capability to supervise, mentor, and coach a team of 2–4 accounting professionals.

Client & Operational Management: Excellent client relationship management skills, along with strong oversight in timely billing, quality control, and smooth workflow execution.

Manage a portfolio of Singapore-based clients.

Oversee full-set accounting and financial reporting.

Build client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Supervise and coach 2–4 team members.

Ensure compliance, timely billing, and smooth operations.
