Planning and managing human resources.

Managing funds and agency/branch administration.

Representing the agency in industry-related committees at state or national levels.

Ensuring compliance with government regulations regarding services, procurement, and personnel.

Preparing performance reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

Conducting periodic or special investigations/checks on companies or officers.

Managing and taking action on received complaints.
