• Candidate able to speak and understand Mandarin will preferable.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience* in HR, Administration, or Accounting.

• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.

• Experience using AutoCount Accounting is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, administration, and accounting functions.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, interviews, and onboarding.

• Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation letters.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll information and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS).

• Prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and official receipts.

• Record accounting transactions using AutoCount Accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and government agencies when required.

• Manage office administration and support Management with ad hoc assignments.
