Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Culinary or certificate in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in western cooking.
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, hot kitchen preferred.
- Language proficiency:
* English (Required)
* Bahasa (Preferred)
* Mandarin (Preferred)
Responsibilities
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
Prepare dishes according to recipes and company standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Manage stock and ensure proper storage.
Solve kitchen issues quickly and efficiently.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness SOPs.
Stay calm and perform well during busy service hours.
