We are looking for an Insurance Operations Analyst with strong insurance domain experience to help analyse, improve, and transform insurance operational processes through technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse and support insurance operational processes, including policy administration, claims, underwriting support, and policy servicing.

* Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation.

* Translate insurance business requirements into clear process flows, business rules, and operational requirements.

* Work closely with product, technology, and AI teams to develop AI-enabled insurance solutions.

* Provide insurance domain expertise during solution design, testing, and implementation.

* Review and validate system outputs against insurance business rules and operational requirements.

* Identify process gaps, exceptions, operational risks, and opportunities for efficiency.

* Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, workflow maps, and business requirements.

* Support user acceptance testing and implementation of insurance technology solutions.

* Work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

* 5–7 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, policy administration, claims, underwriting support, policy servicing, or related insurance functions.

* Strong understanding of insurance operations, processes, and workflows.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements and workflows.

* Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or system implementation is an advantage.

* Comfortable working with technology and cross-functional teams.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps and inconsistencies.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Malaysian citizens or candidates holding a valid RPT Pass.
