Requirements
Certificate / Diploma in Construction or related field
Proven 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision
Able to read basic construction drawings and work instructions
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good reporting and documentation skills
Familiar with site safety requirements and construction SOPs
Able to work independently while coordinating with site teams
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese
Responsibilities
Prefer Skills：
Experience dealing with subcontractors and Main Contractor coordination
Strong discipline in execution, safety compliance, and progress monitoring
Requirements：
