Wilson Hiring! Full Time Enterprise Technology Lead – HR - AI Transformation, Healthcare Services in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with our client, a highly established healthcare services organisation for a Enterprise Technology Lead – HR & AI Transformation. This is a newly created role with the mandate to shape the next phase of HR digitalisation across a complex organisation. You will define and execute a multi-year HR technology, AI and digital transformation roadmap while identifying practical opportunities to deploy AI, automation and modern HR technologies that improve productivity, employee experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a 2–3 year HR Technology, AI and digital transformation strategy and roadmap, balancing long-term transformation with tangible quick wins.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions across HR, improving productivity, employee experience and data-driven decision-making.
• Shape the enterprise HR technology architecture and ecosystem, spanning platforms, integrations, workflows, data, security and governance.
• Partner with senior HR, Digital, IT and business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions and measurable business value.
• Lead HR Technology transformation initiatives and build the capability and team required to support the organisation’s evolving digital agenda.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in HR Technology, enterprise technology or digital transformation, ideally within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology roadmaps, with strong exposure to AI, automation and HR digitalisation.
• Deep understanding of enterprise HR technology architecture; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred and highly advantageous.
• Strong track record influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders and delivering transformation across complex matrix environments.
• Strategic yet hands-on, who can articulate a compelling vision while translating technology into practical business outcomes.
