Diploma or equivalent qualification and above

Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Basic understanding of data center operations and management

Hands-on experience in ticket/work order management, incident management, and data center environment inspections is preferred

Good logical thinking and clear communication skills, with the ability to listen and communicate professionally

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support and assist team members

Basic knowledge of daily operations and project management

Able to follow SOPs and operational procedures accurately and consistently

Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and handle ad-hoc tasks in accordance with the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Track, analyze, and review incident root causes, and contribute to lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Manage work orders through the designated ticketing system and strictly follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Independently complete assigned work orders and support network and server specialists in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical incidents

Follow established project management processes, with the ability to support risk control, schedule tracking, implementation, and project acceptance activities

Perform routine data center environment inspections and identify and report potential operational or infrastructure risks

Maintain accurate records of incidents, work orders, inspections, and other operational activities

Support daily data center operations and basic project management activities as required
