Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Georgetown for a Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer. The C&S Engineer will be responsible for preparing designs, calculations, and specifications, and reviewing construction drawings. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, conducting site inspections, coordinating with related disciplines and stakeholders, and managing project timelines effectively. The engineer will also provide technical support, solve engineering challenges, and contribute to innovative solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Civil and Structural Engineering design, analysis, and drafting tools like AutoCAD or equivalent
  • Competence in interpreting and applying building codes, safety regulations, and structural standards
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee schedules and ensure deliverables
  • Ability to conduct site visits, inspections, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for technical challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GBI and LEED is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
