Job Summary
You will support the finance team by preparing vouchers, processing claims, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers accurately to support financial transactions
Process expense claims promptly to ensure timely reimbursement
Enter financial data into accounting systems to maintain accurate records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to manage cash flow
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized filing and documentation of accounting records for easy retrieval and compliance
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to finalize financial statements
Provide administrative support to the finance team for ad-hoc tasks to enhance operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP system
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
5-day work week
