Location: Pavillion Bukit Jalil, Chapanda

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, beverages and other drinks according to company standards.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and work area.
• Ensure ingredients, beverages and supplies are properly prepared and maintained.
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and basic inventory management.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide good customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work 6-days shifts a week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in F&B, café, beverage or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates / candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
