Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job
2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)
3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management
4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

With a fleet of over 25 vehicles including car carriers and heavy duty tow truck, our towing specialists are well-trained to perform emergency roadside assistance
