Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage 

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Payroll administration or Human Resource Management is preferred.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience with payroll systems is an advantage.

Good understanding of Malaysia’s labour laws and payroll-related regulations.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of effective time management and communication.

Familiarity with AutoCount Payroll will be considered an added advantage.

Administer end-to-end payroll processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.

Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and other related documentation for management review.

Assist in HR administrative functions, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
