• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable using scheduling tools and digital platforms.

• Able to adapt quickly to schedule changes and operational needs.

• Experience in live streaming, event coordination, or operations is an advantage.

• Plan and manage livestream schedules across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

• Coordinate livestream hosts and ensure proper attendance and punctuality.

• Arrange host replacements and handle schedule adjustments when needed.

• Liaise with hosts and internal teams to ensure smooth livestream operations.

• Align livestream activities with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

• Monitor livestream performance and prepare basic reports.

• Maintain clear scheduling and host assignment records.

• Resolve scheduling issues and support daily livestream operations.

This is a fast-paced coordination and operations role. Candidates must be comfortable handling last-minute schedule changes, arranging replacement hosts, and responding promptly to urgent operational matters. Flexibility, strong communication, and a problem-solving mindset are essential, as certain situations may require immediate action to ensure livestream activities run smoothly.
