Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations and work activities.
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Coordinate with management, customers, and suppliers on operational matters.
Ensure products, materials, and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
Monitor work quality and ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed.
Prepare basic operational reports, records, and documentation.
Train and guide staff on work procedures and workplace safety.
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and safe.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in supervision or operations.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
