Job Description

Requirements

  • Malaysian candidate; fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Previous working experience in restaurant kitchen required

  • Hardworking, physically fit and able to work efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs with ingredient preparation, cutting and portioning

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, utensils and work area

  • Assist with dishwashing, inventory arrangement and supplies storage

  • Follow recipes, SOP and food safety standards strictly

  • Support kitchen team with daily operations and timely task completion
