Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production plans to achieve on-time delivery.
• Improve production efficiency and control manpower, machining, tooling and material costs.
• Ensure machined and fabricated parts meet customer drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement 5S practices on the production floor.
• Maintain discipline and ensure production personnel follow company policies and work procedures.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules, machine capacity and workload.
• Conduct production meetings to review progress, resolve issues and coordinate priorities.
• Monitor daily job status and update the master production schedule. Take corrective action to address delays.
• Prepare monthly operational performance reports covering output, delivery, quality, costs and manpower utilisation.
• Ensure all production personnel comply with company safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, QC and subcontractors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining experience is added advantage.

2. Has team management capabilities.

3. Good communication skill and hardworking.

4. Familiar with production process facilities skills and management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
