Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee the entire Foreign Worker Department.
• Handle the end-to-end process of bringing in new foreign workers, including quota applications, approvals, immigration procedures, documentation, and worker arrivals.
• Manage work permit renewals, including PLKS, levy, FOMEMA, insurance, and related immigration requirements.
• Liaise with Immigration, JTK, government authorities, embassies, and recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian immigration and foreign worker employment regulations.
• Maintain proper worker records, monitor permit expiry dates, and ensure timely renewals.
• Oversee foreign worker welfare, accommodation, and related administrative matters.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
