Job Description

- Lead a team of production workers, ensuring products are manufactured according to the production schedule, cost, quality, and yield standards.

- Assist the Operations Manager in managing and training staff, as well as handling processing and finished goods during operations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records that remain traceable.

- Optimize manpower utilization to minimize bottlenecks in production lines.

- Monitor and verify material accuracy, ensuring proper control, storage, and segregation.

- Continuously improve and maintain product quality.

- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of production operators.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree required.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Familiarity with MS Office is essential.

- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve results.

- Must have own transportation.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.

Working Hours

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Off Day: Saturday
• Rest Day: Sunday

Shift Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (RM10 daily shift allowance)
• 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (RM20 daily shift allowance)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
