Job Description:

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates
• Maintain accurate client records and track service progress
• Assist in implementing initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Must have 1–3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills
• Able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
