Customer Success within CloudMile enables our customers to derive business value by leveraging Cloud, A.I. and Data Analytics as a solution to meet their needs. As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide client-facing expertise on AWS and Google Cloud products, identifying the requirements to be delivered as part of our service offerings. You will work closely with our Clients, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists and Technical Solution Architects to consult on best practices for product usage and integration, and manage project implementation with our clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive bid engagements along with the Sales and Pre-sales teams, including preparation for POCs, demos and proposals.
• Engage with business and technology partners for analysis, planning and requirements gathering, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate Design Thinking sessions with client stakeholders to uncover pain points, shape use cases and align on solution direction.
• Actively participate in and drive priorities against scope, identifying the highest-value deliverables to achieve the client’s requirements.
• Manage project implementation with clients, coordinating closely with Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists and Technical Solution Architects.
• Lead change management activities to support adoption, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Roll out training programmes for enterprise users to embed new platforms and solutions after go-live.

Basic Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
• Academic background in Technology (e.g. Information Systems, Business IT, Computer Science) or demonstrated exposure to tech-related projects.
• Experience with cloud projects on both AWS and Google Cloud (GCP).
• Experience running Design Thinking sessions, driving change management and rolling out training for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an inclination to think out of the box and creatively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management and organisational skills.
• Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an affinity for resolving complex people and business issues.
• Able to work independently; results-oriented, accountable team player who is technologically and digitally savvy.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience with A.I. projects.
• UI/UX experience, including familiarity with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Preferred major in Information Systems or Business I.T.
• Prior experience in a technology consulting environment.
