Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Subang Jaya. You will create engaging visuals for AEON BiG’s campaigns, promotions and brand communications across in-store materials, promotional catalogues and digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include developing campaign visual concepts; designing catalogues, leaflets, posters, banners and other marketing materials; and adapting artwork for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital advertising. You will work closely with Marketing and other internal teams to deliver accurate, consistent designs within agreed deadlines, including handling revisions to prices, layouts and promotional details. You will also contribute creative ideas and support the development of simple animations and multimedia content.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant graphic design experience.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition.

Able to develop creative concepts and translate campaign requirements into effective designs that follow brand guidelines.

Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including adapting artwork to different formats, screen sizes and resolutions.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with prices, product information and promotional layouts.

Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and respond effectively to feedback and changing requirements.

Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Video editing and simple animation skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools are an added advantage. Drawing and illustration skills are also a strong bonus.

Willing to work extended hours or on off days, rest days and public holidays occasionally when required.
