Job Description: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, and cloud environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure infrastructure availability and security.
Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, networking, and system troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and network technologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
