Job Description
Oversee the company’s overall finance function and P&L
Lead financial planning, reporting and business performance analysis
Manage and oversee finance operations across the business
Work closely with the Indonesia Finance Head on regional finance matters
Support the company’s expansion into the US market
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Strong accounting background with solid experience in financial management
Prior experience managing F&B or Retail portfolios is highly preferred
Proven experience overseeing P&L and financial performance
Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a regional environment and supporting international expansion
