JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. Coordinate the sampling and submission of incoming materials to third-party inspection providers in accordance with established inspection plans and requirements.
2. Monitor inspection progress and follow up with providers to support timely completion and clear status updates.
3. Review and distribute inspection results, and act as the primary liaison with third-party inspection providers on inspection matters.
4. Coordinate follow-up actions and resolution of inspection-related issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Support incoming material disposition and escalation activities when quality concerns are identified.
6. Maintain organised inspection records and filing structures, ensuring documents are accessible and properly stored.
7. Prepare operational reports, tracking metrics and inspection status updates as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in quality assurance, inspection coordination, warehouse, logistics or a related operational role is preferred.
• Able to communicate and follow up effectively with suppliers, internal teams and external service providers.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track multiple activities.
• Comfortable preparing reports and using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to follow established procedures and escalate inspection concerns promptly.
