FEPA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time QC inspector (Quality Control) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 1,900 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and finished goods inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform quality inspections in Production and Store areas, checking product conditions, specifications, and compliance with quality requirements.
• Record, monitor, and maintain daily inspection results to ensure accurate documentation and effective product traceability.
• Identify, document, and promptly report product defects, non-conformities, and quality concerns to the relevant teams for further action.
• Work closely with the QA and Production Teams to investigate quality issues, coordinate follow-up actions, and support timely resolutions.
• Inspect and review products associated with customer complaints, returned goods, and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR).
• Support the QA Team in communicating and implementing QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and quality standards at relevant workstations.
• Carry out routine quality checks throughout production to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with established requirements.
• Maintain well-organized inspection reports, quality records, inspection findings, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and Production Teams to identify root causes, prevent recurring defects, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on identified quality issues and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform QC duties and support quality control activities for both FEPA Sdn Bhd and Carbo Schroder Sdn Bhd.
• Undertake other quality-related duties as assigned by the QA/QC HOD or Management.

• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop technical knowledge and quality inspection skills.
• Previous experience in QC, QA, quality inspection, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are welcome to apply.
