The Burlington Hotels Ltd. is the hotel / serviced apartment development and operating arm of Ling Kee Group of Companies. Burlington Hotel is a 163-room hotel located in Wanchai, designed with the comforts of your home in mind yet providing comfort and flexibility of modern living for both business and leisure travelers.

Responsibilities:
Manage telephone and email enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner

Fully knowledgeable about hotel products like guest rooms, rates, promotions and hotel facilities

Assist on managing room availability and rate via online platform

Ensure reservation policies and procedures are set up and followed properly

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Hotel Management or related disciplines

1 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry; Fresh graduates are also welcome

Good telephone manner and communication skills

Details oriented, independent and able to work under pressure

Knowledge of Opera / Cambridge PMS is preferred

Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent.
