Job Summary

Support project management by monitoring construction progress, enforcing quality and safety standards, issuing permits, and facilitating collaboration with clients and authorities in the pharmaceutical and process industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in tracking and reporting project construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables
• Implement quality control measures to maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Enforce site safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle
• Issue permits to work (PTW) for authorized construction activities in accordance with safety protocols
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients to resolve issues and maintain project alignment
• Facilitate collaboration between the project team and Singapore authorities to optimize resource allocation and resolve project challenges efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) certificate
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the PROCESS industry, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or oil and gas

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Holder of an SWSHPP (Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) certificate (formerly OPISC certificate)
