• Experience with customs or airport procedures is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual and organised.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling goods.
• Able to work independently and travel to different locations as required.
• Willing to assist with general office and operational duties.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organised Logistics Clerk to assist with the transportation and delivery of goods, as well as general administrative and operational tasks. The role will involve coordinating deliveries, handling necessary documentation, and ensuring goods are transported and delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc operational tasks.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking and inventory when required.
• Maintain records of deliveries, collections and goods movement.
• Ensure all required delivery and customs documents are properly prepared and maintained.
• Transport goods to customs offices at KLIA 1, KLIA 2 and Subang Airport.
• Deliver goods to customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with customs, customers and other relevant parties before delivery of goods.
• Handle loading, unloading and checking of goods.
• Report any delivery, stock or documentation issues to the Manager.
