Responsibilities

• Prepare food and ingredients according to recipes and café SOPs.
• Ensure food quality, portion size and presentation meet café standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the kitchen area.
• Prepare and organise ingredients before daily operations.
• Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Store ingredients properly according to food safety and storage procedures.
• Assist with daily kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist the kitchen team with other tasks as required.

Pay: RM2,050.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
