Position: Procurement Executive

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 + KPI up to RM 300

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Procurement / Purchasing

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Support cost-saving and supplier management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement/purchasing experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong vendor/supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period are preferred.
