High commission rate average RM3k to RM10k per month

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, trading, or business development.
• Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Willing to participate in continuous training and professional development.

Responsibilities :

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Promote and position the company’s wide range of IT products and solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trading opportunities to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and technical) to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
• Provide timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
