Responsibilities
Location-Jurong
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of client properties, including returned premises, to identify statutory, regulatory and client requirement breaches.
Identify issues such as unauthorized works/use, fire safety hazards, illegal activities, subletting, encroachment, poor housekeeping and other non-compliances.
Verify Gross Floor Area (GFA) and monitor reinstatement and rectification works.
Coordinate inspections with companies/occupiers and follow up on outstanding breaches.
Prepare inspection reports with photographs and submit them within
5 working days
.
Report critical statutory or public safety issues to the client within
24 hours
.
Monitor and follow up until all identified breaches and reinstatement works are satisfactorily resolved.
Requirements
Diploma in any Engineering or Facilities Management discipline.
Certified Fire Safety Manager.
Relevant experience in property inspection, facilities management, or compliance is an advantage.
