About the Company

Haavin Services (M) Sdn Bhd is an established waste management company providing reliable waste collection, RORO bin rental, commercial waste disposal and bulk waste management services across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

We are looking for a motivated, creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role focuses on marketing activities, brand awareness, B2B lead generation and promoting our services to potential business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's waste management services.
• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, including hotels, shopping malls, factories, offices, contractors and commercial properties.
• Conduct B2B marketing outreach through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and physical visits.
• Generate new business leads and maintain an organised database of potential customers.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing materials, promotional content, brochures and company presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Support branding initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase company awareness.
• Coordinate with the management and operations teams regarding customer inquiries and marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and business partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with business clients.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned marketing activities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport is an added advantage.
